I've delved into the tartanpodcast archive to select what I consider the best and, in some cases, defining episodes.

Today it's tartanpodcast #11 where I played, for the first time, all Scottish artists, all of whom come from Glasgow.
Orginally released on April 25th 2005, you can tell I didn't have proper studio gear yet.
A true turning point for me as a podcaster, tartanpodcast 11 was when I knew it had to be all Scottish, all the way.

• Karine Polwart - Waterlily (Live)
  I heard Karine peform this track live at the Darvel Music Festival last summer. Tremendous lump-in-the-throat stuff
• Frightened Rabbit - Go Go Girls
  I like the intensity
• Phroyter - There's Always Someone Else
  Not sure what I can about this track other than it reminds me of warm Sundays
• The Boy Lacks Patience - A Boat To Your Father's House
  Great live, great album, buy it today.
• Gum - Cross Your Heart, Hope To Die
  Stand out album of 2006, you should own it already.
